Northern Ireland law applies, preserving consumers' mandatory rights. An enquiry alone does not book work or create a charge. An invoice is issued on completion; payment can be made immediately and is due within seven calendar days of receipt unless different terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Upfront payment requires separate written agreement before work starts. Business customers must arrange an independent, current and recoverable backup of critical data before work, or flag its absence so an alternative can be agreed. Expressly agreed backup/data-recovery duties remain. Business liability is capped at fees paid or payable for the relevant booking or service, with exclusions for indirect/consequential losses and direct or indirect loss of profit or business data. The data-loss exclusion does not cover breach of expressly agreed backup/data-recovery obligations. All business limits are subject to legal reasonableness and non-excludable liabilities; consumer rights are unaffected.
