Suitable for

This service is ideal if you already have an email or Microsoft 365 account but need help getting everything configured and working properly.

What you’ll need

Please have the following available where applicable:

• Access to your existing email account
• Access to your Microsoft account
• Your Windows PC
• The phone or tablet you want configured
• Your phone or other authentication device if multi-factor authentication is enabled
• An active Microsoft 365 subscription where required
• Access to any existing recovery email address or phone number associated with your account

Customer availability

For security and authentication, you may need to be available during the work to enter passwords, approve sign-in requests or complete multi-factor authentication when required.

For your security, I won’t normally ask you to give me your passwords. Where login details are needed, you’ll enter them yourself.

Not included

This package does not include:

• Creating a new Microsoft 365 business tenant
• Domain registration or DNS changes
• Moving email from one provider to another
• Large mailbox or data migrations
• Recovering accounts where identity verification cannot be completed
• Setting up multiple users or mailboxes
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration
• SharePoint or Teams configuration
• Resolving unrelated computer faults
• Software, licence or subscription costs

If additional work is required, I’ll explain what’s involved and agree any additional cost with you before continuing.
